This is for 2 challenges, first for Beate, our new Queen. You have a most delightful gallery, Beate with lots of inspiring work! This is the card I chose: Sepia Flowers by Beate at Splitcoaststampers I love the French bg, and the fact that the images were cut with a shape other than a square or circle. I was all set to add 2 kinds of dp's, but none did justice to the panel I created, so I used square lattice ef on the cs instead. I added the paper piercing to the top & kept the ribbon the same but smaller since it's going to my 32 yo son (can't be too foo foo). This is also for today's WT: make a Valentine card & use hearts. Thanks for stopping by today, and Beate, do enjoy your royal week! ~Roberta

Wonderful valentine card to honor Beate and one for your DS, Roberta. Love the 3 shaped panels holding the great heart images. The EF used in the bg gives a great textural interest.

Roberta, this is so pretty. I love those watercolored hearts and the design of the card is great. I'm sure your son will love his Mother for making this card for him.

Oh this is so sweet (and not too foo foo)...great case of Beate's card. I like all the edge sponging and the embossed bg and a grosgrain ribbon is perfectly masculine ;) Your son will appreciate this.
