For the IC373 challenge…‘everything isn’t for everybody’ and those purses just didn’t do it for me but I finally found something, I picked this card holder because it reminded me of the dots and squares in the designer paper I used for the first time. It came in a pack from Joann’s along with die cut letters and numbers; I got it as a gift.
Martha Stewart scoreboard was used to emboss the border lines on the image panel and insert above the designer paper.
The punch design is from Martha Stewart and it is attached to the underneath side of the image panel which is attached to the card base with foam tape.
The Perfect Squares tool from Perfect Paper Crafting was used to cut the out of the box image using a craft knife for cutting.
A Stamp-a-ma-jig worked great for positioning the sentiment and the flowers on the envelope.
The gems were attached using AleeneÂ’s Paper Glaze.

Beautiful, Roxie.......as you said, sometimes it is harder than others to get inspired. Your coloring of the chicory elevates it from a "weed" to a gorgeous blossom. Love the double scored frame and the teeny tiny sparkle accents in the corner....you knew JUST where to place them.

Roxie, the purses weren't my taste either, but some of the colors and patterns were. I love the blue chickory, and your painting of the blossoms is wonderful! They sure go great with that paper!! Nice to see you.
