With no suitable stamps I'd been trying to come up with an idea for the Impression Obsession Sweet Thoughts challenge, and I'd been drawing a blank till I saw yesterday's sketch and thought of a box of chocolates.
5 3/4" square base, sponged with Fired Brick.
Black card embossed with Flourishes in gold.
White card embossed with Flourishes in gold, then sponged with Fired Brick and layered on more white card embossed with gold ep. My chocolates are brown Bazzill and various embossing folders, layered up on slightly larger circles. Not a fan of white or milk chocolates, me, unless the filling is super-special! For an extra touch of luxury I added some wide organza ribbon. And I'm a day too late for the challenge because I waited for daylight today to take a photo. C'est la vie...

I love that card! It really does look like chocolates. The gold embossing is great, especially with red!

Sabrina, this is one of the loveliest cards ever! I just think everything about it is wonderful! The BG's are beautiful and I LOVE the way those brown embossed circles look. They really look... delicious! It's amazing what creative use of embossing folders can do to plain CS.
Hmmm. That Flourishes stamp. A gal could get to thinking she had to have it...

Very cool card. Love the florentine papers. On first look, I was sure you had made a card for Chinese New Year. But upon reading, I find you have captured a box of fine chocolates very well indeed!!!
