Hello Joan...it's been a very very long time since I've gotten to create a card for the TLC. You certainly picked a great topic for this week. Check out my take. I couldn't resist using one of my windows for a peak into the inside of my card.
This fabulous rustic shuttered opening is from Stampa Barbara. I used distress ink 'gathering twigs' stamping the shutters twice to add a bit of dimension. Art Impressions Midge is having a meltdown and when you open the card you'll discover why!

I resembled your Midge doing the Tim Holtz tags back in '11, Susan! LOL! Thanks for the reminder! Again, it's so good to see you back here designing your wonderful cards. This one reminds me of the song...Blue Skies. Blue skies smiling at me...nothing but blue skies do I see!
