There are a lot of different templates online to make this card. Since all of the templates are slightly different I combined pieces from several of them and made one that was easy for me to use.
I used 1 - 12” x 12” piece of cardstock for each card. I made my pattern on the piece of the cardboard that comes in the paper when you buy a pack. Mark one edge of the cardstock at 8” and the other at 4”. Draw a line to connect the 2 dots. Cut along the line. You now have 2 pieces that measure 12” x 8” x 4”. You will use 1 piece as your master template. Make a dot on the 4” side at 2” and on the 8” side at 4”. Use a Green colored pencil (any color will work) to connect the 2 dots. On the bottom of the template make a mark at 4” and 8”. Draw a broken Pink line at 4” and 8” to represent the score lines on the template. Place dots along the green line at 2”, 6” and 10”. Using a Blue pencil draw a line from the 2”, 6” and 10” marks to the bottom edge of he template and a Purple pencil to draw a line up to the top top edge. You will cut up on the Blue lines on one piece of cardstock and down on the Purple lines on the second piece. DO NO CUT the master template. Run the template on legal size paper to make a temporary template. Cut it out to size. Paper clip the template to one of your pieces of cardstock; score on the score lines and cut on the Blue cut lines. Remove the template, paper clip it to the other piece of cardstock and repeat the process cutting on the purple lines. You now have the card base completed.
I punched the slanted edges with the Martha Stewart Doily Lace Border Punch. Then I folded the card as as directed on the template and slid the 2 sections together.
To decorate the card I stamped the Malabar Lilies in Pixie Pink onto Wheat Vellum and Die cut 6-8 #1; 1-2 #2; 3-4 #3. Save the extras for another card. Form the lilies and add pearls for the center. The Posy Patch flowers were stamped in Pixie Pink and cut out using the matching dies: 12-20 #1; 6-8 #2; 5-6 #3; 1 #4. Form the Posy Patch flowers and assemble in groups of 2 and 3.
For the leaves I used a combination of Digi leaves, Spellbinders Foliage Dies, and Floral Flourishes. Add glitter as desired. Adhere your decorations to the card.
