This birthday card is for our lovely home fellowship hostess, she loves pink and angels.
I used the Dreamweaver's Angel stencil and sponged 3 pinks (Blushing Bride, Pretty in Pink, and Regal Rose) onto white card stock. Translucent embossing paste was applied after the inks were dry. Last step for the angel was to fussy-cut her out after the paste had dried.
Background card stocks: Blushing Bride, Pretty in Pink, and top piece was a random piece I picked up from some rubber stamp or scrapbook show (been hoarding it... time to use this stuff!).
The Angel was added to card front with dimensionals.
Happy Birthday was stamped in Regal Rose on white CS (after applying the stamp in a curvy line to the acrylic block). It was cut free-hand in the shape of a waving banner; curling the ends over a bamboo skewer. Adhered to card with glue dot under one end and a dimensional under the other.
Finished it off with 3 dark pink 'bling' dots.
Added note after posting: Wow, she is far 'redder' than in real life!
