Trish has a fun idea for this week's Queen for the Day challenge and that is to case the Queen from this year that was chosen closest to your birth date. My birthday is Jan 22 and Lisa Lara was QFTD on Jan 19, so she is the Queen I cased.
I was pretty excited to case Lisa. She has some of THE cutest creations in her gallery using a lot of her own digital designs. I settled on her darling Looking Up card because I love the bold colors and fun design she used.
I had to flip the side where I placed my sheep; I added a cloud sentiment; I used different colors; I used paper piercing versus stitching; and I used a scalloped border versus a chevron border.

This is adorable! Love the fun patterned papers. Great scallop edge with the white and black layering. I like the piercing and the cute sheep.
Thanks so much for joining in this Queen challenge!
