This is for QFTD145 and we were to go to past QFTD challenges and find the one closest to our own birthday. My birthday is July 1 and I was so happy to find that the queen for the July 4th QFTD120 was Angela aka Arizona Maine. Angela is one of my favorite stampers on SCS and I'm sure most of you feel the same. She is so extremely talented and creative. I was inspired by her Yellow Rose card found here: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...&ppuser=276266 Thank you for the inspiration Angela.
I kept the exact same layout and floral theme. I changed the color combination, sentiment and made a flower made with hydrangea punches instead of a rolled rose. I used dies and punches that I haven't played with for a while. My blog: http://kittiekraft.typepad.com/kitti...with-love.html

Wow Kittie! I was missing in action most of December and missed seeing your card! I saw yours on Pinterest and had to check it out.
You have made this so beautifully and I will need to turn right around and CASE yours now! Thank you so much for your kind words as you are, needless to say, one of my all time favorite designers!
