For our first 2013 Tea Potter's challenge, goes to the Truchses, who just had twins! One boy and one girl. I ended up doing two of them; not liking the first one, but then it grew on me. Isn't that the way it goes?
I used dark pink and dark blue cs, edged with Martha Stewart edger, Added two silver small flourishes by Cheery Lynn, the baby carriages were digis, and colored in the hearts, and added gems. Stamped the sentiment.

That's gorgeous! I love the sparkly flourishes and the so-dainty prams. I nearly used prams instead of little outfits for my card. The two scalloped panels are lovely, too.
