I love glitter and I recently learned this technique for using peel-offs with glitter, so today was the perfect opportunity to try it.
I stuck a piece of a sheet of Sook-Wang (also called Scor-Tape) roughly the size of my peel-off onto white cardstock (any bit of scrap cs will do as it won't show), then peeled off the backing layer and laid the silver peel-off on top. Then I sprinkled transparent micro-fine glitter (the finest kind) over the whole peel-off and rubbed it in well. Then I coloured over top of it with water-based markers (Tombow or Marvy or the Tim Holtz distress markers, but not alcohol markers). Then cut out close to the outer edge of the peel-off.
I bordered it with a scalloped circle and added it to my card.
I used my new Spellbinders double-layered tags for the sentiment.
