First you will want to emboss the white cardstock with the Polka Dot folder. Then using the In the Meadows die run through machine then use crimper and finish the piece with Snow-Tex. When dry attach to bottom of card.
For Street Lamp use large Colonial Lamp Post die and Cottage Cutz Lantern shape. Add punched Martha Stewart Holly leaves and Stickles for red berries. Add Snow-Tex on Lamp Post when dry glue to center of card. Punch two Cardinals and glue in place.
I used the shadow method for the snowflakes on top of card, punch out a white and black strip slightly overlap the white one on top and glue together. Attach to top of card.

Thanks for the description of the shadow method! I learn something everyday looking at the beautiful cards on this site. I love your hanging lantern. A lovely symbol in the light challenged time of year. :-) Beautiful card. TFS

A beautiful card! Love the die cuts and the use of the shadow method on your snowflakes! Will have to try that technique as it looks wonderful! tfs
