A big CONGRATS to Sylvia aka ~Fee~! Such a wonderful gallery full of beauty! I chose her Warm Winter Wishes to case. I loved the colors, snowflakes and layout so kept those. I changed the images and papers and added sparkly embossing instead of the pearl flourishes.
The images are all from Our Daily Bread designs. n the large ivory background, I stamped the Snowflake Bg w/ the celadon ink & embossed it w/ the stardust embossing powder. Then I sponged it pretty much all over using the soft vanilla ink & the sponged the edges w/ the teal ink. On the textured teal designer paper, I stamped the individual snowflakes (Sparkling Snowflakes) in VersaMark & embossed w/ the same powder and sponged w/ the same two colors of inks. The snowflakes were stamped again on ivory w/ the celadon ink, embossed & die cut (the larger ones have matching dies) and the two smaller ones were fussy cut, layered on top of each other w/ a rhinestone brad inserted thru the middle. The sentiment was also embossed, die cut & sponged w/ the die in place. I couldn't find my seam tape for the ribbon like Sylvia used, so I used some hem tape & colored it w/ Copics and the teal ink. I also used a Copic marker to color the rhinestone in the brad.
Thanks so much for looking! Have a very Merry Christmas! My blog:The Write Stuff. Sorry! I had to delete a bunch of really old posts from my blog & this is one of them.
