I've taken my inspiration for this 6x6 recipe card from several of Stacy's photos. The Baileys Cheesecake recipe inspired by her first photo (recipe and photo in THIS blog post. For her second photo I embossed my base layer with flourishes and embossed them with copper and verdigris (nary a Celtic stamp here, I'm afraid to admit) and for the third photo I scanned a page from an old 1922 book - before the Irish script was romanised.
Black for the base, scanned script paper, recipe printed on Basic Grey Basics and sponged a bit, stamped with the water splash from French Foliage to give it that authentic used recipe look , punched with the spiral punch and popped up on foam. This is what we're going to have for dessert on Christmas Day this year.

Oooh that is beautiful... and looks entirely Yummy too!
You know I've picked up old and tattered books with the intentions of using the pages and just can't bring my self to rip them out... so, the fact that you scanned the script is Brilliant to me Sabrina! thanks for playing!

What a great idea to include the recipe on your card! Thanks, too, for including the link. I thought it sounded delish...so I went and checked it out. Uh...what the heck is digestive biscuits? If you know the answer, Sabrina, please let me know. This really does sound yummy!
