I used the Madison Window die with the Spellbinders M-bossibilities brick embossing folder (really nice product). I used some white craft paint on the "bricks" to soften the look. A clear window sheet gives the card a realistic look. I got so many ideas for this card from the spectacular talents of kittie747 (kittie747's Gallery at Splitcoaststampers)

This card is gorgeous. I think it's probably my favorite Christmas card of all times. The lacy valance was the cherry on top. Wow. Whoever gets this is so lucky.
