I made this by using the largest of the Spellbinders Create-a-Flake Four to make two snowflakes. I placed a string between the two and glued it down. Then I used the Spellbinders Standard Circles Large to make a window in the card (strung the snowflake between the layers) and added a sentiment from ODBD. I added a Martha Stewart snowflake punch to the center of the suspended snowflake on both sides to give it some texture and finally some bling. If you give the snowflake a few spins before closing the card, it will spin when the recipient opens the card.
