As I skimmed over the challenge today I missed the part where it said "oriental themed card". BUT I did see the part about "a tea-related image". So off I went...
Curt happily played along. He jumped into that teacup like nobody's business. Guess he thought it was a "hot tub" with leaves! hehe Crazy cow!
So I took out my trusty pen and put it to paper sketching what my old eyes were seeing, a cow in a teacup.
Colored my scene with acrylic paints, prisma pencils and gamsol adding the flower doodle wall paper.
Well at least I got one of the requirements right and it was the one for Extra Cookies!!!......Have a great day everyone! TFL :0)

Yay, extra cookies for you and Curt. Shame not to see him in his oriental mode, but I guess a new granny is pretty busy. I love the wallpaper behind him, and the little flowers on the saucer do add a little Asian flair .

I love Curt in his Tea hot tub! Not only is he getting the soothing effects from the tea, but from the heat of it too! Now that a novel idea, figures Curt would come up with it! I love your little teacup and saucer and the terrific bg wall and floor!! My only question is, are you sure those are tea leaves floating around!?

Well, cows can be stubborn, you know! If there's a teaparty, he's sure not gonna miss it. I love his "ok, let's get this party started" look on his face! Adorable card.

It was nice seeing Curt again..and would you believe in a teacup too...But I don't think that's a first for him though. I haven't been on here very much except the tickle a t-potter ones...this friday i finally get my eyes checked for perscription glasses...I'm glad my surgeries are over now..At first they thought my first eye had a retina detachment, but it came out fine, and there still watching it though, and the second one had a swollen cornea, so now when i go back Friday i hope everything is fine...I need bifocals though....can't read nothing...had to buy a pair of cheaters...

Curt is so cute - even in hot water!! Wonderful wallpaper and countertop - and, of course, always adorable and sweet Curt. Love, love your card, Cathy!
