My girlfriend bought me a beginners Quilling Kit so this is my 1st attempt at making something so I made a snowman. I had a CB snowman die cut, so I used it for the scarf, hands, eyes & nose. I used the Spellbinders Oval Dies, made the snow using a crimper, then cut & made my hills, then used dazzling diamonds. I had the blue panel already embossed with the CB Swiss Dot folder sponged it over with white. I used the MS large snowflake punch & added more dazzling diamonds to the tips. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon on a medium circle.
Paper: Linen cs, blue cs, SU cherry cobbler, GP white cs, SU chocolate chip cs, SU pumpkin pie cs, green cs
Ink: Black Stazon, white ink
Accessories: CB Swiss Dot EF, MS large snowflake punch, red rhinestone, CB snowman dies, Quilling Kit, 2 ways glue, Dazzling Diamonds, medium circle punch, crimper, Spellbinders Oval Die

This is adorable Connie. I love your quilled snowman and the White sponged b/g looks great. Wonderful case.
I have a box of quilling stuff somewhere that I keep think I should look for. Probably easier to buy some new stuff!!

A MAZING!!! I'd say your first attempt at quilling is a HUGE success!! I love the feel of movement that it gives to a card - and I love that you have different shapes as well! Awesome job - beautiful creation!!
