This card was made for last week's Queen For The Day challenge.
Gabby personally invited me to play along on her day of honor, so I thought I would go ahead and see what I do with the fabulous cards to choose from in her wonderful gallery. I went through the whole gallery and kept coming back to this one: IC313 Three Penguins by gabalot at Splitcoaststampers
The fun little winter scene with the penguins and the candy cane was very inspiring to me. I knw I wanted to use this striped paper that I have that was similar to the one that Gabby used in her card and that I would color my image with a blue wintery background just like Gabby's card. I loved Gabby's colors of blue, red and black, so that is what I went with.
Congratulations Gabby and thank you for inviting me to play along on your special day!

Oh-so-cute card, Heather! I love your snowman image and the coloring is so nice. The colors, prints, bow and rhinestones add to the festive mood of the card. Thank you for helping me celebrate!

I havent checked out gabby's card, but your's is simply precious, Princess. Using Gabby's color palette was incredible as to how it looks on this darlin image. Princess, you still make the best of the best cards. Hope you continue to stop back now and again. PS. I saw you saw M's beautiful card in last weekend's gallery. Hope you and she will connect during the holidays.
