This card is for a couple of challenges - the first is Friday's Queen for the Day. This week's Queen has such a unique and artful style and I've fallen in love with so many of her beautiful creations - her name is Gabby (aka Gabalot).
Changes were with the colors, layers, added die cuts, sentiment, button w/ribbon instead of twine.
This card is also for Saturday's Inspiration Challenge - Stef shared a fabulous site with lots of beautiful and very unique home goods. I chose this as color and design inspiration: {Lotta Jansdotter collection in blue} Great site Stef - thanks for sharing it!!
To make this card I first masked the area where my trees were to be stamped, then stamped them in Craft White ink and clear embossed. I then die-cut that same panel, sponged Soft Sky, Baja Breeze and Midnight Muse to bring out the white trees, diecut the Star of Wonder and sentiment tag and glittered everything!! I added the extra gems, made the bow and aded a Tim Holtz Button and assembled. The back panel was scored and adhered at the top with scoretape. This is almost a One layer card :).

This winter scene is gorgeous!! Not only do I love the die, but I love the white trees against the blue, the sentiment and pretty bow finish off this gorgeous piece!!

Wowzers!!!! Really now, I never would have guessed that skinny Christmas trees could look so fine, Audrey! Your blues are fantastic against the white trees with their beautiful sparkles! Perfect sb die, lovely ribbon and pearls, and of course a most appropriate sentiment~

This is a THUD card!! Okay, now that I've picked myself up...I LOVE how you achieved the beautiful color for your bg. Every inch of white from the die cut to the trees all glittered up gloriously, is SPECTACULAR. You create so divinely and with divine inspiration, Audrey. LOVE IT--you knew that, right?!!:)))

Beautiful card, Audrey! The white trees agains the pretty blue bkgrd, look great. Nice star and the bow w/button is fab. The sentiment outlined with bling is so neat, too. Thanks so much for helping me celebrate! :)
