I used a Spellbinders die from one that I bought last year and placed the cuts on either side of the base card first putting a piece of wide satin ribbon down the front. The petals of the poinsettias are embossed but the die also cuts some of them so they can be lifted. What a great die...don't know if it is still available or not. Then I printed out the Merry Christmas and cut a label with another Spellbinder oval scalloped die to fit. Used a Krylon 24K pen and edged both the label and the outside of the card. This is a very quick and easy card to cut and assemble. I am going to try it with other Christmas ribbon colors. Thanks for taking the time to look!

Very pretty! The red down the middle with the white on either side looks beautiful! tfs

One of the most unusual Christmas cards I've seen lately and I really love it! You're right - that's some nifty die! But your layout is great, so don't give the die all the credit!
