This was my ribbon storage before the ribbon roll control. I hate to say it, but I very rarely used ribbon on my projects because I couldn't face this mess!

Wow! LOL! I used to shove mine, unspoolled in a deep drawer You can imagine how over 50 unwound spools would look like in a knot, so this might be more organized then mine
