Here is my CAS card for today's WT400 challenge to make a thank you card. I stamped a library card on kraft, then added a sentiment and a black snowflake. I cut a PTI tree from a recycled pc of thin cardboard. I stamped black snowflakes on it, then used a SU wonder crayon to color it. I blended it w/a SU blending pen, then "buffed" it with a rag. It still looks a little "streaked" but I think it's because the cardboard had a bit of a gloss to it and I think that is why it didn't blend quite as well as I hoped. I'm going to try this technique on other papers to see if they streak less. I added some peapod Divine Twine.
THANKS FOR LOOKING!

A neat card and an equally neat technique, Gabby. This would be a wonderful thank you for a Christmas "goodie" that you will receive. Love your layout too.

Gabby - I love what you did with the tree - that's a really interesting technique! What a fun card - I would never have thought to put these elements all together, but they work well!
