This card is for yesterday's TLC400 challenge to use layered scallops. I used my Anna Griffin deckled scallop edge tearing ruler to tear the SU dp layers. My card was inspired by last week's FS299, Janine. Her card can be seen here:
I paper-pieced the boy's scarf, hat and the heart on his shirt, as well as, the little dog. Notice their matching red/ white stripies. Hee!
