This is to help brighten the spirits of Bob, the father of a fellow teapotter, who likes the out- doors, I choose the squirrel, acorn and leaves because it is like my back yard.
ON kraft card, I layed orange, then dp of leaves, and stamped the imgages on white cs and cut with deckled rectangle nesties. I sponged before removing paper from die.

I love your sweet little squirrel! We used to have a lot of red ones here, but the grey ones were introduced and became dominant. The leafy paper is a perfect setting for him, too.

It is so funny that you chose THIS kind of squirrel. In Southern Ontario, where I live, the squirrels are black or grey or tan and they are more than TWICE the size of what I grew up with, which are red squirrels! This is the kind of squirrel that runs around my parents' yard! Love the faux border technique and love your autumn colours. It's more than perfect as they are supposed to get approx. 8 inches of snow tomorrow! Thanks so much for making this fabulous card for my dad!
