I needed a birthday card for a friend who likes gardens, nature, flowers, girly, Victorian, old-fashioned, vintage, etc. The CAS challenge for the week seemed to be perfect. I haven't done the collage technique in years and it's not really my style, so I had a good challenge trying to make it work for my friend and my aesthetic.
I brought out a set of bird stamps from Invoke that had never seen ink, and combined it with a fun sentiment from Stampin Up.
I kept the colors simple and muted.
