I made this for Judy's woven ribbon TLC401 challenge and thought she meant actually WEAVING the ribbon (until I looked at her sample), so that's what I did. Each strip is 2 1/8" pieces put together, except for the metallic gold strip which is already 1/4". I wove them on adhesive paper, then die cut the piece into shape, after which I applied a very glittery frame. It sparkles like crazy! It also happens to fit yesterday's color challenge 399.
