This is for Lydia's HYCCT challenge, A Walk in the Woods. If I wanted to bring the great outdoors inside to lift someone's spirits, I'd pick some wildflowers and put them in a jar!
I colored the Flourishes image (love this set!) with copics and did some stitching, using Korin's great sketch today.
Have you checked out the HYCCT challenges? If not, you're missing out on the chance to lift the spirits of women battling breast cancer at MD Anderson, and also on more than $6500 in prizes from your favorite crafty companies. There's still time to join us!

Oh, this is so pretty with those colors together! I love the stitched panels, especially how the sentiment banner is stitched to that beautifully colored image of your jar of flowers.

Oh my! Another amazing card!!! Your coloring defies description, it's so beautiful! And your distressing on top of your fantastic color sense, and you choose the BEST patterned papers to combine. LOVE that elegant bow, and the touch of the stitching. THIS is the kind of card I hope to be able to create,...someday. Thank you for providing me with such a high bar, and each time I see one of your cards, I learn more and more--what a TREAT, that is!

Love this card. And bring me wildflowers any time. !! I love having cut flowers in my house. (although allergies prevent some ) - Inherted the love of flowers from my sweet mom, and she did crafts of every kind, and the greenest thumb around. Now her eyesight is bad, and I help her with hanmade cards -- she did those long before they were considered "art"
