Just in time for Teapot Tuesday's Halloween Party, the newest issue of Witch Weekly covers the latest in fashion. (For those of you who are not familiar with this magazine, it is popular with ladies "of a certain age" in the Harry Potter books. Mrs. Weasley, for example, is a regular reader).
The witches' fashionable gowns are paper-pieced and accented with glitter pen.
(This was all done with stamps and typography, no hand-drawing, but for some reason I felt like I was channeling my inner Mutnik when making this card. )
