My first thought for Bev's Clearly Hopefulchallenge was a shaker card, but I wanted to stretch myself so I made something different for my sample.
To get my shaker card "done" I used the packaging from some buttons which I've kept for several years, and every time I go to throw it out it moves back into the save pile.
A2 kraft base, stamped with CAC Dots in ColorBox Merlot. I still have pink seed beads on my desk - I spilled the shaker contents twice while trying to trace the template to cut an aperture in my card. I added some more kraft behind the aperture with a "thinking of you" sentiment, and then embossed the "with love" in the base and sponged it with the Merlot.
Shaker contents are seed beads and little punched hearts. Some of the dots are highlighted with Stickles.
This SHOULD have been a quick card but I mislaid the embossing folder on my desk, and being one of those narrow long strips it took a long time and a tidy desk before I found it again.

Chuckling at you - but look - you have used something that you've stashed forever, AND you cleaned your desk!! I love the shaker shape, and I'm always hesitant to throw away packaging too. Hugs to you!!

Oh what a sweet creation! I just love your recycled heart shaker, plus those bitty sparkles here & there! Thanks a bunch for playing in my HYCCT Clearly Hopeful challenge!

Fabulous card! Love the layout and that great embossed sentiment. I had a terrible time with my little shaker card contents too...I can't tell you how many times I picked up the pieces and refilled the container!
