This is for the technique challenge using crayons and an iron. HereÂ’s the link for directions by Beate: Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
I used glossy paper for this because I just couldnÂ’t get a good melt down on plain cardstock. I then stamped the images with black StazOn. When doing the crayons I mapped out on the iron the size of the card and started melting on the crayon, first green then blue in two separate steps. I then added some orange in quick swipes for the sky and dots for the meadow. I got very lucky with this one and it didnÂ’t take much to get a good print to work from.
Now youÂ’re thinking how cool that she got the sun to show in such a perfect spot. I needed more sun than I got with the iron so I added orange with a crayon and the heat gun after the trees were stamped.
Both sets of trees were stamped multiple times and the one on the left was a partial stamped image four times.
