For hycct25B, ta ta toe, I chose the diagonal from upper left to lower right: pink, ribbon, round. Pink and round I can handle okay. Ribbon, not so much. So, I took the easy route. I punched and poked the ribbon round two holes. Kind of like getting poked, punched, twisted and mashed during radiation and mammograms. I should know. I'm a survivor.
I also did some freaky embossing for Linda's wtui challenge. I cut the large petite circle, then embossed the smaller petite circle over some burlap to get the texture on the top. Now, for the easel stop (Please don't get disgusted...)-- Well. I donated blood yesterday. You know that funny first aid tape that's wound round your elbow after donating? So, when it was time to remove it, I figured-- texture's texture, and ran the stop through my cuttlebug with a CLEAN untangled piece of the first aid tape under it. It made an interesting linen-like finish to the cs. Dunno if it's clear in the photo. However, it wasn't enough to impress me, so I tossed the tape and won't try that one again!

Very pretty. Congrats on the creative embossing. The ribbon is perfect. I'm not great with ribbon either so I usually keep it plain and simple - either a strip of ribbon or one knot. Your method is a great way to make it look more fancy.

Into my favs. The sentiment is the best I've seen. I would love to copy it for a future card. You can put it on your card with conviction, truth and experience because you are a SURVIVOR!!!! Love the way we stampers, no matter what we are doing...we are always thinking about our next card. Non stampers don't get that about us. Great card.
