I am still getting used the the "crooked " style and layers. This was a neat sketch so had to try it out...was fun. I wanted to do it simple , but CAS like our lovely host, but still wanted a warm christmas glow. Kind of worked...:0)
I stamped and colored the candle with my water markers, embossed the one back layer and sponged the edges of the rest of them to soften it up.
Instead of the big circles at the corner I thought I would use my new ornament stamp set and punch I just got from my sweet mom. As usual with me in CAS cards I am not sure about open space...lol...so of course something had to go in corners...lol, oh yah and I used a corner punch for around candle...they looked ...um...a little bare..:0)
fun challenge Taylor....thanks all for visiting..:0)

I'm with ya Wendy about "white" spaces and do my best to fill them up. I love this card for all the details and textures you've included. Love the corners on the image layer, and the embossed bottom layer, and those ornament corner layers. Plus the pearls in one corner and the greeting in the opposing corner - this is my kind of card!
