DH and I visited friends in Australia back in 2008. I made a photo album, but I've gradually been making scrapbook pages about the trip too. On our last day in Sydney, we went to the Taronga Zoo. It was an awesome day.
I did this double-page for two digiscrap challenges:
I used Diane's Zoo theme, even including a koala! I made a 12x24 spread instead of 8.5x11. I tried to use Diane's basic layout of photos and background, framing the photos with a brown stroke frame, adding butterflies and ribbons, and I tried to keep the format of the title and journaling.
Although Diane didn't have an out-of-bounds photo, I couldn't resist adding a little dimension with the giraffe!
