We were away last weekend and I knew I'd never catch up with things - but I pulled an old card out of my stash for Angelique. This time I've made sure to play along with something fresh.
When I saw Sheri's sweet teapot this morning I had visions of not colouring much of this in - maybe just the mice...but once I'd started colouring them I just added a bit here and a bit there and then hey presto, there was hardly anything left.
5 3/4" square base. I used some old paper, punched the edges and added black thread.
High Hopes image stamped on white card with Versafine Black and coloured with pencils. Corners punched again...
For the inside I used more of the striped paper and added a verse from an ODBD set, Lamentations 3:21-23.

I love the Ark image and all the beautifully colored animals! The pretty striped paper in the background reminds me of the colors of a rainbow. It's a VERY sweet card for Easton and his family.
