Happy Monday everyone. Here is my card for today's challenges - CAS challenge to use newsprint or dictionary paper. I cut out a piece of newsprint and painted over top with white acrylic paint - let it dry and stamped on the weed image and then clear embossed. Cut image panel into 3 1/2" square and then cut it up into 4 squares. This is for the 400th TLC challenge - wow. Layered squares over top of the black square panel. Sewed around each square. Stamped on sentiment. Added the butterfly and two pearls. Popped up over 5 1/4" square of b/w dp. Base card is 5 1/2" square.
