Yes, seems there's been a dilemma in Jammer Town regarding the timing of Football vs. Stamping. Now, a girl can sit on the couch and color images, watch football, and eat drumsticks, but sooner or later, she's gotta git a move on, before her “backyard” expands, kwim? And, I speak from experience, from my couch, with a drumstick in my hand, don't ya know! (insert here: GO DAWGS, Commit to the G!”)
This image is dear to my heart and I love the freedom it expresses. And I do appreciate an image that features someone beautiful, and a tad more than size 6 as well! Image is colored with a mix of Copics (dang it...dang it...dang it....) and watercolor, and is paper pieced.
Background paper is a print of different places in Georgia, and is a Google image, and this is my first attempt using the Concertina Fold, which was a huge challenge for me, as it does involve (excuse the term) Math....ugh! Still, I loved the tutorial and could not have done it without the video!
“Growing up in the South is a privilege really. It's more than loving fried chicken and sweet tea, high school football, hunting and guitars. It's being devoted to God, front porches, moon pies and each other. We don't become Southern, we are born that way.” Unknown Author
Thanks for looking. Ya know, sometimes a big backyard is an inherited thang.....
Now where's my drumsticks?

Now dang it...this is too much...first Kush gets me on my couch time and now Blooms is takin' candid photos of my bike ridin'....I'm with Vicki....I'm mad as you know what and I ain't gonna take it anymore! LOL! You NUT!
Bob and I just spent a bit of money getting our bikes cleaned up and ready for riding again. I know the view of my back porch on the bike is not pretty but I am old enough not to care. LOL! This is precious and I love that special fold. Your coloring is lovely. I just can't color with alcohol inks.

EEEEEEEK! One look at that tutorial, and this gal was skeered!! Love this concertina fold , but this time I am the one who is shying away.
VERY impressed that you "googled the BG paper" - though I do not know how this is done. It is the perfect place for this free wheeling Mo image. Love the paper pieced/copic colored image - dang, girl, you ARE getting those copics and doing a bang up job of it too! Mummu's sheer abandon as she pedals along shows utter JOY! Love this image and your awesome concertina card- as for me, I guess I will be studying this one for awhile!!
You deserve a new mark in math - A++!! LOL - awesome!

Bwha ha ha 'ya'll' - you used one of my ALL time favorite images. It shows a women with the epitome of self confidence in my opinion.....you have worked it to the ten's my friend. Lovin those Dawg colors and that Georgia paper. I have been wanting to do one of these types of cards, saw an easy tut on line and lost it - think I will have to check this out when I'm done working in Bethlehem. In honor of this fabulous card I am going upstairs to have a little chocolate chip mind ice-cream - if I'm gonna keep riding my bike I need to show this same self confidence, tee hee. You lil ice cream enabler. Hugs.
