This was created for the 10 minute creations on Flourishes Blog that we have every Thursday. My creation today is using the new set called Naturally Merry. This pinecone is fantastic and super easy to color! So, for this quickie creation, I stamped the pine cone onto classic white cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I only used a few Copic Collections to color this today walnut and new fields. Once colored the image, I added my sentiment using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Layered my panel onto some of the darkest color in the Color Made Easy Rich Browns Collection. Once layered, I cut a few thin strips to go across the base of my 5×5 size card. Added a single copper brad to the corner and then some of the beautiful Satin Plisse Chocolate ribbon with a Finishing touches antique copper ribbon slider to the bottom. For a hint of sparkle, some fairy dust was added to the pinecone and branch. Easy Peasy!

Such lovely coloring! And I love the way you echoed that ribbon slider with the one brad. Very balanced.
