This is my sample for the "Crazy for Crayons" Challenge. The layout is this week's sketch challenge. The background was created using red, pink, and white crayons and a hot iron. It was then stamped and embossed. The poinsettias were sponged using the Crayon Resist technique. Thanks so much for looking!

Oh my stars, this is a WONDERFUL card! The techniques you used are very effective. Your coloring is so nice. LOVE the poinsettias and that emb post card and holly/berry paper bkgrd sure hits the mark.

Absolutely warm and stunning, Cathy. The rosy tones and delicate colors and papers in the bg make this card softly glow. Love the little pearls you added and the stitching and nothing says warmth and country charm like gingham. Again, what a beauty.
