I don't often make 1-layer cards, and after many rounds with the stamp-a-ma-jig, I know why I like layers. Next time I will go with the thick layers (to cover up my mistakes) and put an extra stamp on the envelope. It will save me a lot of time and I'll waste less card stock!

Yes, I know what you mean, but this is really a work of ART. It's not easy composing that in your mind and then putting down onto paper so beautifully. I say you're pretty good at one layer, myself. Don't give up!

Had to giggle because I know what you mean about going through the cardstock on a card that's supposed to be simple! Lovely design here, love the argyle behind the main image and sentiment.
