Back to casing my Bestie again, this time choosing this card for the fabulous scene, and wonderful sky, which is all about I could get done! I used Shirley's layout, and framed it with Spellbinder's Romantic Rectangles. If you have time to watch this video for Blue Skies, featuring, you may giggle a little to see the photos they used. It so reminded me of Shirley's light-hearted approach to life. Sissy-Bestie, thanks for the blue skies, and inspiration you give, in stamping, and friendship. LYMI, lots!
Main image is watercolored, and a thick coat of Crystal Effects was added to the headlights. Truck is framed up with Cottage Cutz trees as well... (man, I love these!) The sky is made using SU's Bashful Blue ink sponged over a torn paper towel. Both the truck image and inside sentiment are from River City Rubber Works. I do believe Shirt could embrace the sentiment as well. It reads "If you can't be a good example, be a dire warning". Yeah...that works!
Thanks for looking!

Wow what a wonderful scene you've created here. That blue truck is great - love the headlights. I love the sky you created - love the softness of it. I have to try the paper towel idea.

Wow, another awesome card. I love this truck. Trying to figure out the stamp you used the initials are not registering with my little pea brain. I guess I could go look on your blog. Oh, now I see what the name of the stamp is. Guess I won't be looking for the blog, after all. (I am happy you still love even when I am too mischievious) LOL
You sure know how to make a scene, on paper of course. I love the trees, I am going to have to get one of those dies one of these days. You did an awesome job on the sky and the gingham bow was a great way to tie up this beautiful card.

I love when you use trucks on your card 'cause I know how much you love trucks! (Reminds me of that new song, Truck Yeah.) This is such a peaceful, dreamy card. I really love it and it is a perfect case. Wow. Hugz!
