What a lovely HYCCT challenge Bridget has for us today - she wants us to be inspired by Emily Dickenson's poem - Hope is the Thing With Feathers.
I found this wonderful sentiment stamp in my drawer about inner strength and I thought it was perfect for the hope theme - that we will be strong enough when we need to be.
I let the Webster's Pages paper do most of the work for my card - it had the words in the top left corner (unique and special you) and the pretty flowers in the bottom left corner - leaving just the right amount of space for the sentiment.
I stamped the sentiment and the feather under it. The sentiment is from River City Rubberworks and the feather is from Waltzingmouse The bird is a Martha Stewart punch and I popped it up on the card with foam tape.

Julia, this couldn't be more perfect. I love those Webster Pages, gorgeous stuff. I really think this verse will truly inspire at just the right moment.

Wow, what an absolutely beautiful and meaningful sentiment, Julia...incredibly perfect for HYCCT...I love the soft, vintage feel of your WP dp, and your pretty touches such as the stamped feather, the bird, and the pink framing! Thanks so much for playing along in the challenge!
