Bridget's HYCCT challenge for today was to be inspired by Emily Dickinson's poem about hope. I didn't use much imagination in my card. I had an old Stampin Up set called Feathered Hope which had Emily's poem in it so I just used the set plus a silhouette bird from the SU Bird On a Branch stamp set. I hope my design makes up for the lack of imagination. However, I am most inspired by her words of encouragement. Thanks Bridget for a great challenge.

Your imagination comes through beautifully with this fab layout, Janine, and the combo of pretty stamps...all of it works wonderfully with the inspiring words from the poem! Thank you so much for playing along in the challenge!

I think this turned out beautifully. I looked everywhere for this set but couldn't find it, so I'm happy to see you have used this perfect sentiment for Bridget's challenge. The embossed background works well, too.
