This is for HYCCT1209 - You Had Me In Stitches, to create a humorous card. Since I don't really have any humorous stamps, and I'm still not too swift when it comes to coloring them anyway, I took a look in programs I own that I used to rely on when making cards - PrintMaster and Print Shop. I found this and got a kick out of it. The caption says "Here it is, 144 Ingersoll Road. It's got a one-star rating. In '94 they gave out celery, no one was home in '93, and in '92, their dog a bit a kid on the head and ate all his candy."
I accented the window streaks, book, and treat bags with Gelly Roll Stardust pens, then added a bit of glaze to window panes and eyeglasses with a clear glaze pen. Layered it all up, added some Stickos, a Cricut "Happy Halloween" inside, and was done!

This reminds me of The Far Side comics from the 1980s! I love it! Nice eye for details in balancing the three clear dew drops on the right side of the cartoon and below it. Thanks for joining in my HYCCT challenge!
