I am in the midst of making 90 Halloween cards for the residents of my mom's assisted living facility. Today's Inspiration Challenge was just what I needed. Pier 1 Imports has a ton of halloween inspiration. I chose this votive candle and this bell ornament as the inspiration for my card. I sponged the background with two TH distress inks to emulate the colors of candy corn (which I confess is probably my favorite Halloween candy). Pure sugar!!!

Love your blended background, and it does give the same appearance of candy corn, (and you are right - best Halloween candy ever!!!) Love the bright and happy look of this creation.... TFS

so fun. Love how you did the lil pumpkin, shows up so nice and neat job with the soft layered bg. fun idea with the cany corn look on the side...TFS..:0)
