This is for HYCCT Challenge 1207, combining the color pink with something relating to music. I chose a quote as my focal point. This was computer -printed in brown on white cardstock, then sponged with several colors of Distress Ink. I cut it with the SB Labels 18 die, and cut two more in deep brown to piece a frame behind it. The cream colored dp behind this is patterned with a brown musical score. I lightly sponged it, adhered it to a layer of cream cardstock that I had sponged, then stamped the script in DI Victorian Velvet and the flora in Versafine Vintage Sepia. This in turn was adhered to a piece of sponged green cardstock. I used the Perfect Layers tool on all the layers and mounted them to the card base.
I used a Gelly Roll Clear Glaze pen to edge the brown "frame" around the focal point and attached it with foam mounting tape.
I cut three butterflies from pink dp and sprayed them with glazing spray to give them a little shine and more dimension. I found a flourish in my stash and attached it and the butterflies with Glossy Accents.

I chose words that I thought fit well with the quote and printed them on patterned paper for the inside. I used the same flora stamp inked with VersaMark to stamp the edge.
This was my first experience stamping on patterned paper and I'm pleased with the results -
