Patricia really challenged me by asking us to make a card with a humorous element and stitching on it. I always have a hard time making a funny card. Then I was so tired tonight after an especially long day so this is probably the worst coloring job I've done since age 5! My vision was about gone and my hands were shaking so there's a lot of messy coloring here.
But in spite of that, I think he turned out to be sort of cute. When I was done coloring, I counted 29 Copics on my table and I think I used every one of them. I can count about 15 colors on my hands!
Ah, the stitching. I almost forgot about it, and I'm going to cheat - there is stitching on the scarecrow's patched pants and his mouth is stitched. (Please don't send the challenge police - I'm too tired to go to jail!)
The sentiment sort of applies to me today.

You're a true champ!! Stitching in the image works for me and would save getting out something sharp and pointy, lol. I must see if I got something like that that will fit the bill. Thanks for the ideas and the inspiration.

I'm sorry you had such a tough day when you made this - hopefully all that colouring was relaxing. It certainly looks great from here and is a fun card for Patricia's challenge.
