Beate's challenge was to use gray with one other color. I chose pink because I love pink and gray together, outside of the obvious reason.
There is a lot more going on here than meets the eye (meaning you probably can't tell from the picture ). The focal layer was background -stamped with script in DI Spun Sugar before I stamped the flower image. I colored one of the flowers with dry watercolor pencils, die cut, lightly chalked the edges before removing the die, spritzed it with shimmer spray and added a half-pearl colored with a sharpie. This was layered on the lower layer with mounting tape. Lower layer is mounted directly on the card base.
Since I included a sentiment on the inside, I am also uploading a picture of the inside - I'll link to it when it gets to the gallery (I think!)
