A big congrats to Lynn! What a terrific gallery! After much browsing, I chose her TE April = Key Expressions to case. I kept the window scene and flowers, but changed the images, the colors and added an embossed bg.
The scene was colored with Copics and I attached the die cut window on top. I elevated it slightly to add some depth. For the background, I embossed some Williamsburg blue card stock I had in my stash with a Quickutz stripe label folder. I added a border embossed w/ a Cuttlebug border. The same border was used on the window sill piece. The flowers were made w/ hydrangea, small sun and small daisy punches. The punched tea cup was colored w/ Copics and added just because... Under the window I stamped the birthday greeting and added the curtains.

Well, that was a quick card, Julie - NOT! Love all the attention to detail on this beauty! Your outdoor scene looks lovely and I'd say you outdid yourself with all the gorgeous texture on the sill and walls, with the sweet flowers and teacup to make it inviting!! What a gorgeous card to honor Lynn as the Featured stamper!
