Well, I hope third time is charm! I keep receiving the error message my file is too big. Grrrrrr. I had my post all typed up and of course, now don't remember what I had written. Ah, the joys of gaining wisdom... memory has to move out to make room! LOL...
Anyway, I managed to hit on all 3 of the things Jean likes, cats, yellow and scripture. I had my image colored for a while, just hadn't used it on a card. I ended up putting the card together when our oldest granddaughter was taking a nap yesterday morning and thanks to my DH, it went out in today's mail. I colored my kitty to resemble my female orange tabby as she would definitely be one to do what this one is if I had a fishbowl or an aquarium. I sponged around my image very lightly with memento summer sky as the white was a bit too stark against the yellows.

Was worth the wait to use this picture. Sweet..:0)...jean will love this cutey and will smile as I bet her kitties tried at some time to do the same as well...TFS..:0)

You rocked this challenge! Three requirements! Three successes! I love this Grace, it is such a precious little image and will bring a bright spot to Jean's day....very nicely done! Off to see the inside!
Oh, and been there done that.....you know...the part about forgetting what you wrote! Snort! Hang in there friend, its not gonna get any better, coming from someone who is probably way older than you! Snort!
