Okay, I admit, I sort of cheated here. I had my dp picked out to cut strips to weave, but sat down and started to doodle and this is what I ended up with.
I was going to put an image in front of it but I thought it looked kind of good and didn't want to cover it! hehe So I just added a button with twine. Plus, this took more time than I thought especially when I started to add color.
Oh well, I had fun making this and it totally relaxed me. Thanks for the wonderful challenge, maybe next time I will do it right. Hopefully I don't get kicked out by the challenge police first!.......ARE there really challenge police? ...hmmmmmmm
Hope you all are having a great day. We are dealing with 100 degree weather for the start of fall. Can you believe that?......TFL :0)

Cathy, this card /weaving is FANTASTIC!! I love it!! With your blue button that is threaded with white and the red and white stripes, I see the American flag, the yellow is the golden hills of California!
Yup, now that fall is here, summer comes to visit, so typical!

Oh no, you must have uploaded your card late otherwise I know I'd see more comments. I love your zentangle art, Ms. Russian Spy. I think it looks great. From my experience, zentangle takes a long time. Hope everyone is well.
